Commission

AveryFoster, LTD. is compensated in the form of a commission. We are gift consultants. We are not in the business of re-selling merchandise to our clients.

Commission Schedule:

AveryFoster, LTD. utilizes two distinct commission formulas. The formula utilized on your invoice will be determined based upon the level of discount that is obtained for your individual purchase.

  • Commission due to AveryFoster, LTD. is 20% of the cost of the items purchased when AveryFoster, LTD. has obtained a discount between 0% and 30% off of the retail price.
  • Commission due to AveryFoster, LTD. is 50% of the realized savings when AveryFoster, LTD. has obtained a discount of 30% or more off of the retail price. (Retail price minus the AveryFoster, LTD. negotiated price = Realized savings.)

Upon your approval, AveryFoster, LTD. will utilize your charge card to process both your purchases and commission. For our broker clients, by breaking out the commission from the pricing, you are able to afford higher end gifts and still stay in the NASD/NYSE gift guidelines.

Important Information Regarding your Purchase:

Some additional information related to your purchases regardless of the commission formula utilized for your purchase:

  • All purchases are subject to a $150.00 minimum commission.
  • Commission is calculated based only upon the cost of the gifts and excludes any tax, wrapping charges, and delivery charges. For bulk purchases of the same items, such as holiday gifts, the commission will be based on the total expenditure and not on a per item basis.
  • All pricing provided to our clients by AveryFoster, LTD. is exclusive of shipping, handling, and personalization.
  • The Return Policy for purchases made through AveryFoster, LTD. is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and may include restocking fees.
  • Custom or personalized merchandise is not returnable.
  • No commission is due unless a gift is purchased. Preparation of a proposal is done free of charge.
